PRESENT: Rush, Schick and Toth

Absent: Kunzwiler

Also Present: Kevin C. Caraccioli, L. Michael Treadwell, David S. Dano, Morris Sorbello, and Arthur W. Ospelt

Chair Rush called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. at the offices of the County of Oswego IDA in Oswego, NY.
Annual Board of Directors Evaluation

Mr. Treadwell reviewed the guidelines of the NYS ABO that requires the Governance Committee to review the Evaluations and to file a summary report to the ABO.

The Committee adjourned and reconvened at 11:35 a.m.

Following a review of the Evaluations, and a review of the CEO and Executive Staff performance, the Summary Results of Confidential Evaluation of Board Performance was finalized and authorized to be reported to the Agency and filed as required by the ABO.

On a motion by Mr. Schick, seconded by Mr. Toth, the meeting was adjourned at 11:40 a.m.

Chair Rush called the meeting to order at 8:15 a.m. at the offices of the County of Oswego IDA in Oswego, NY.
Annual Board of Directors Evaluation

Mr. Treadwell reviewed the guidelines of the NYS ABO that requires the Governance Committee to review the Evaluations and to file a summary report to the ABO.

Following a review of the Evaluations, the Summary Results of Confidential Evaluation of Board Performance was finalized and authorized to be reported to the Agency and filed as required by the ABO.

Mr. Treadwell noted that this report will be required annually beginning with fiscal years ending on or after September 30, 2010. Therefore, the Agency does not have to report, however, it was agreed to authorize the filing of the report after the Agency's next Board meeting.
